Virtual reality (VR) gaming is what we call the new generation of games that make use of virtual reality to create a more immersive gaming experience. Gone are the days of movie-like games on the Google Cardboard. Now, we have first-person and multiplayer action games in VR.
What makes these games unique is the immersive experience created by using a variety of VR devices, including hand controllers, sensor-equipped gloves and headsets. For instance, in a driving game, your hand movements would steer the car.
These games can be played on a wide array of devices such as the most recent gaming consoles and PCs and laptops equipped with the right hardware. Some advanced headsets can also be used to experience VR gaming using smartphones.
